Documents Needed:

• Copies of pay stubs for each applicant, reflecting the most recent 30 days of income

• Last 2 years of W-2s

• 60 days of bank statements, or other assets, to cover down payment, closing costs and reserve requirement

• Proof of pension income, if applicable

• Social Security and Disability payments, if applicable

• VA only, copy of DD-214, if applicable
