Vic was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process of buying our home. He got us pre-approved same day and was quick to respond to any requests, questions, and directions that we requested. At first I found it hard to believe that there wouldn't be compromises for choosing to go with a local broker and getting a lower rate than I was offered by the national mortgage brands. Once all was said and done it turned out that if anything Vic was actually more helpful and more available than his corporate competition, and with cheaper rates. He answered our many questions and patiently helped us understand every step of the home buying process. I'm not sure if local mortgage brokers are always the way to go, but I am sure that going with Vic and Peak Seven Mortgage is the way I would recommend going in the Colorado Springs area.

Vic relieved a lot of stress we had as we began our home buying journey. I found Vic from the VettedVA site; it was super important for us to a) give our business to a veteran and b) feel confident that our broker was intimately familiar with the VA loan process. So glad we did, as we had to utilize a joint loan (unmarried, AD & veteran)...I don't know what goes on behind the scenes (a lot of paperwork I assume), but he made it virtually pain-free for us. EXTREMELY knowledgeable, professional, friendly and super responsive!
